Booking Terms and Conditions
A security deposit of
£200 is required before any bookings are confirmed. The holiday payment is required at least eight weeks before commencement of holiday. If booked less than eight weeks prior to departure, full payment must be paid before confirmation is made. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. Cancellation charges will apply as shown below. The £200 refundable security deposit is returned after the holiday is
over, less any costs incurred by breakage or any excess cleaning
requirements.
A standard charge of £10 is made for damage or loss of
keys.
Written notification must be given by the lead-booking name if the
booking is to be cancelled.
Cancellation shall be determined by the date that this written notice is received as follows.
Cancellation 56 days+ Loss of deposit 29-55 days 50% of full payment lost Less than 28 days No refund allowed
For the comfort of all our guests, no smoking is allowed within the home.
Two ashtrays are provided in the garage and smoking is permitted in this area only.
For safety reasons
no glass items are to be taken out to the pool area.
The owners are not responsible for any loss, accident, illness or mishap
to any guests whilst visiting the property.
All guests are advised to
take out travel insurance before leaving the UK, as medical costs can be
very high in the USA, even for minor consultations.
All persons travelling should be included in the booking form, including
small children, to comply with Florida State Law.
Information and instructions as to gaining access to the property will
be sent to the address given in the booking form within four weeks of
departure. |
